This online community is a private space created for people who have attended a Fleurieu Food and Wine cooking class and have been invited to join. By accessing or using this community, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access or use the community. 1. Eligibility and Membership 1.1 Membership of the Fleurieu Food and Wine Cooking Club Community is by invitation only.1.2 To be eligible, you must: Have attended a Fleurieu Food and Wine cooking class, and Have received an invitation to join the community. 1.3 Membership is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login details or allow others to access the community using your account. 1.4 Fleurieu Food and Wine reserves the right to approve, refuse, suspend or revoke membership at its discretion. 2. Purpose of the Community 2.1 The community exists to: Connect past guests of Fleurieu Food and Wine Share cooking inspiration, recipes and tips Provide updates on classes, events and special opportunities Foster a welcoming, respectful and inclusive environment 2.2 This community is not a public forum and is not intended for commercial promotion, selling or solicitation unless expressly approved by Fleurieu Food and Wine. 3. Community Conduct and Behaviour 3.1 Members are expected to behave respectfully and kindly at all times. 3.2 You agree not to post or share content that is: Abusive, harassing, discriminatory, threatening or defamatory Offensive, obscene or inappropriate Misleading or knowingly false Infringing on the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy Unlawful or encouraging unlawful behaviour 3.3 Bullying, personal attacks, hate speech or ongoing negative behaviour will not be tolerated. 3.4 Fleurieu Food and Wine reserves the right to remove content or suspend or remove members who do not meet community standards, without notice if required. 4. Content You Share 4.1 You retain ownership of content you post, including comments, images and recipes you share. 4.2 By posting content in the community, you grant Fleurieu Food and Wine a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, share or repost that content within: The Cooking Club Community Fleurieu Food and Wine marketing channels, including social media and newsletters 4.3 If content is to be used outside the community, reasonable credit will be given where practical. 4.4 You must only post content that you have the right to share. 5. Intellectual Property 5.1 All Fleurieu Food and Wine content shared within the community, including recipes, videos, class materials, guides and downloads, remains the intellectual property of Fleurieu Food and Wine unless otherwise stated. 5.2 Community content is provided for personal use only. You must not reproduce, distribute or sell Fleurieu Food and Wine materials without written permission. 6. Privacy and Data 6.1 The community is hosted using BuddyPress and may collect personal information such as your name, email address and profile details. 6.2 Your information is handled in accordance with the Fleurieu Food and Wine Privacy Policy. 6.3 Members are expected to respect the privacy of others. Do not share screenshots, personal stories or private information from the community outside the platform without consent. 7. Availability and Changes 7.1 Fleurieu Food and Wine does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the community and may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the community at any time. 7.2 Features, content and access levels may change as the community evolves. 8.
